The open-close current transformer is mainly used for cables and copper bars. It has simple structure, reasonable design and flexible application. According to the specifications of the copper bars used in the main circuit, there are many kinds of through holes corresponding to each other. The primary current of the main circuit includes 50A ~8000A, and the rated secondary output current is 1A~5A (0~1V). This series of products can meet the technical requirements of grade 0.2, grade 0.5, grade 1 and other different precision . 

Open-close outdoor waterproof puncture transformer is the waterproof function, which can be used outdoors. Its section port is surrounded by rubber pads to prevent rain from entering. Of course, most so-called waterproof transformers on the market use rubber pads as a means, but there are also limitations in using this means for waterproofing. Because it is impossible to guarantee the water proof of the transformer itself ,our company adopts the technology of transformer forming once, that is, the transformer is directly made into a solid in the mold, and the plastic is w=rapped around the whole body without any gap. Meanwhile, waterproof terminals and sheath lines are used in the secondary side leads to ensure that no rain can enter the transformer body. Our company transformer waterproof grade has reached IP67/IP65. This product meets part of the standard GB20840.1.2 .

The insulation puncture clamp is mainly composed of reinforced shell, stainless steel puncture needle, sealing pad, waterproof silicone grease, knob, stainless steel bolt and locking plate knob. When the cable needs to be powered, clip the puncture plate into the branch line of the cable. After determining the branch position of the main line, rotate the fixed plated. After locking the plate, rotate the puncture knob to contact the conductor, when the puncture needle pierces the cable and contacts the copper wire, the temperature sensor can be build in, and the performance parameters can be customized.  

The insulation puncture clamp is mainly composed of reinforced shell, stainless steel puncture needle, sealing pad, waterproof silicone grease, knob, stainless steel bolt and locking plate knob. When the cable needs to be powered, clip the puncture plate into the branch line of the cable. After determining the branch position of the main line, rotate the fixed plated. After locking the plate, rotate the puncture knob to contact the conductor, when the puncture needle pierces the cable and contacts the copper wire, the temperature sensor can be build in, and the performance parameters can be customized.  

Puncture current transformer (with wireless control module) is installed online without power failure, with built-in current transformer, electric needle, temperature sensor, diversified integrated design concept and convenient installation. It’s mainly used in power transformation and installation projects. All manual operation places are insulators, so the installation is safe, convenient and simple. When the puncture current transformer is installed, the measure line passed through the middle hole, and the current signal is output after passing through the transformer, which is converted into the required voltage signal by the sampling resistance and output as lead.
