Puncture Current Transformer

The insulation puncture clamp is mainly composed of reinforced shell, stainless steel puncture needle, sealing pad, waterproof silicone grease, knob, stainless steel bolt and locking plate knob. When the cable needs to be powered, clip the puncture plate into the branch line of the cable. After determining the branch position of the main line, rotate the fixed plated. After locking the plate, rotate the puncture knob to contact the conductor, when the puncture needle pierces the cable and contacts the copper wire, the temperature sensor can be build in, and the performance parameters can be customized.

It’s mainly used in power transformation and installation projects. All manual operation places are insulators, so the installation is safe, convenient and simple. When the puncture current transformer is installed, the measure line passed through the middle hole, and the current signal is output after passing through the transformer, which is converted into the required voltage signal by the sampling resistance and output as lead.
