Structure Features
It is generally composed of transformer body, fixed mechanism and electrical warehouse.The instrument transformer body comprises a lower shell and upper shell that are hinged with each other, and a core induction core that is connected with the ends in installed inside, and is hinged and connected to form a cable slot to cover the arc elimination tube and other components. The fixing mechanism includes a clamp or expansion module, which is used to fix the transformer on the arc extinguishing tube, and also includes an elastic clamp, etc., which can detect the working temperature and current of the arc extinguishing tube. A circuit board and a mercury switch type sensor connected with the circuit board are arranged in the electrical warehouse.
Working Principle
The status of the transformer is sensed through the built-in mercury switch sensor and other devices. When the transformer is in the normal position, the mercury switch is in a specific state and the circuit is in as certain stable state, and when the installed arc suppression tube falls due to a blow fuse or other reasons, the state of the mercury switch changes,s thereby triggering a change in the circuit. This enables the transformer to send out corresponding drop signals through wireless signals, etc., so that staff can located and judge faults.
